A boutique heritage conservation project that created a revered mixed-use structure. The building was transformed to incorporate two levels of commercial space with 14 luxury apartments added above the prevailing structure.
The commercial office space is home to internationally acclaimed architect, Bates Smart, whom collaborated on the project.
