The project is regarded as one of the largest master plan urban renewal projects in Sydney.
The development was delivered in collaboration with Multiplex.
Occupant amenity was at the project's centre with tennis courts, pools, manicured grounds, childcare facilities, and a bespoke medical centre, all located within the 15-hectare site.
