The project is set to create a new blend of contemporary affordable accomodation rooms whilst promoting F&B offerings throughout the building form.

The development is set on the cusp of the Darling Harbour foreshore precinct in the Sydney CBD, adjacent to the Cockle Bay masterplan development.
